A Chiropractic Physician, and a Licensed Acupuncturist, he is also certified in Physical Medicine Modalities and Therapeutic Procedures, as well as having extensive training in Clinical Nutrition. Dr. Brook provides his patients with cutting-edge technology for analysis, diagnosis, and treatment, while drawing on 39 years of clinical experience in caring for patients.

Dr. Brook is also certified in Kinesio Taping®. Athletes from the recent Olympics, and professional athletes too, used this pain reducing and performance enhancing rehabilitation taping methods.

When scheduling appointments we require you follow the protocol listed below

When making an appointment you will be asked about any recent illness, travel, or interaction with anyone exposed to COVID-19.

We will ask you to delay scheduling an appointment if:

  1. a. You have experienced an illness in the past 2 weeks
  2. b. You currently have a temperature above 99.7
  3. c. You have been exposed to anyone with a known COVID-19 infection
  4. d. You have traveled by air within the past 2 weeks
  5. e. You have been at gathering of 10 or more people within the past 2 weeks

 

  1. 1. When you arrive at our office parking lot, call us from your car (290-5570). If we are ready for your appointment, we will have you to come into the office immediately. If we are not ready for you or you are early, we will call you back when we are ready. If you are late for your appointment, we may have to ask you to reschedule in order for us to comply with social distancing recommendations.
  2. 2. Anyone accompanying a patient to an appointment will be required to wait outside or in their car to comply with social distancing recommendations. If the patient is underage, one parent/guardian may accompany the patient to the appointment. If the patient is elderly or requires assistance, one person may accompany the patient to their appointment.
  3. 3. When you enter our office your temperature will be checked. We will require that you wash your hands for 20 seconds when you enter a treatment room. Guardians or assistants in attendance will have their temperatures checked and will be required to wash their hands.
    NO PATIENT WITH A TEMPERATURE ABOVE 99.7 WILL BE SEEN.
    ALL PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK. (Please bring one in with you.)
  4. 4. We have always been very proactive regarding cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Treatment tables, equipment and common area surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after every patient encounter. Touchscreen computers are no longer used to check in for routine office visits.
  5. 5. Staff temperatures are checked on arrival at the office every day. Staff will wear masks and gloves during every patient encounter.
